YOUR NEW MORNING ROUTINE

Ice baths, cold showers, breath work.  It can sound time consuming and a little overwhelming at the start.  BUT YOU NEED TO START.........

Let's keep it simple with a daily routine I do every day.

Wim Hof is known as the Ice Man, known for doing cold plunges for ridiculous amounts of time.  He has millions of followers word wide and has released multiple videos related to forced deep breathing and breath holds.  It's been a game changer for me.  If you haven't done it before start with the shorter breath holds and build up.  Treat it like brain weight training...........


Now that your mind is clear and you're ready to fill it with positivity listen to this fantastic affirmations video by Bob Baker. As he says, say all these affirmations out loud and before you know it, you'll have changed the way you jump into the day. Enjoy........
